Infidelity investigations

If something feels wrong in your relationship, you deserve to know what is actually happening. We find out quietly and tell you what we saw, nothing more and nothing less.

How an infidelity case usually works

Most people who call us have a feeling first: a new password, late nights that do not add up, money that moves without explanation. We start by listening to that. In a free consultation we ask what you have noticed, when it happens and what you want to do with the answer.

From there we plan the work around the times that matter. Usually that means surveillance on specific days, backed by research into vehicles, addresses and public records. You get dated photos and video, a written report in plain language, and an investigator who will walk you through it.

What we can look into

  • Surveillance. Watching and documenting where someone goes and who they meet, from public places.
  • Background research. Who a new person in their life really is, using public records and licensed databases.
  • Assets and spending. Signs of money being moved or hidden, which can matter later in a divorce.
  • Online activity. Public profiles and dating accounts tied to a name, email address or phone number.
  • Phone forensics. Examining a phone you own or are authorized to examine. See cell phone forensics.

What we will not do

We do not read anyone's messages without legal authority, put devices on property that is not yours, or follow anyone onto private property. That protects you as much as anyone: evidence gathered illegally can hurt you in court and expose you to liability. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us before you try it yourself.

After you know

Some clients want to repair the relationship, some want to leave, and some need evidence for a divorce attorney. We do not push you either way. If the case goes to court, our reports are written so an attorney can use them, and we can testify to what we observed.

Questions people ask

How do I know if I need an infidelity investigator?

If you keep coming back to the same doubt and cannot settle it on your own, a short consultation is worth it. We will tell you honestly whether an investigation is likely to answer your question, and sometimes the answer is that it is not.

Will my partner find out I hired an investigator?

Not from us. Every case is confidential, our investigators work discreetly, and we will talk with you about how to contact you safely, for example which phone or email to use.

Is the evidence usable in an Arizona divorce?

It can be, as long as it was gathered legally. Arizona is a no-fault divorce state, so infidelity alone does not decide a divorce, but evidence about spending, assets or a child's care often matters. Your attorney will know how it applies to your case.

How long does an infidelity investigation take?

Many cases are answered in a few days of well-timed surveillance. We plan around the days and times you tell us matter most, which keeps the work focused.
