Process serving, including hard-to-serve cases
Court papers have to reach the right person, the right way, on time. We serve them anywhere in Maricopa County, and we specialize in the people other servers give up on: the ones who are hard to find or are avoiding service.
UpdatedWhat we serve
Summons and complaints, subpoenas, family court papers including petitions and orders of protection, eviction notices, small claims papers, and most other civil documents. Tell us what you have and where the person is likely to be, and we will take it from there.
How a serve works with us
- Send the request. Use the form below with the recipient's name, the best address you have and your deadline.
- We plan the attempts. Times of day and locations are chosen to find the person, not just to tick a box.
- You stay informed. We keep you updated as attempts happen.
- Proof of service. Once served, you receive a notarized affidavit of service for filing.
Hard-to-serve and evasive recipients
This is where we are different. Because we are an investigation agency, a difficult serve does not end with "nobody answered the door."
- Locating people who have moved. Skip tracing through public records and licensed databases when the address you have is old.
- Recipients who are avoiding service. We vary the times and places of attempts, watch for patterns, and use discreet stakeouts when needed to complete service lawfully.
- Gated communities and rural addresses. From Verrado to Waddell and Tonopah, we know how to plan attempts where access is limited and addresses are hard to find.
- Workplace and public serves. When home is not working, we find the times and places where the person can actually be reached.
That investigative background is the difference between a returned "unable to serve" and a filed affidavit.

Questions people ask
Who can serve court papers in Arizona?
Under the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, papers can be served by a sheriff or deputy, a constable, a certified private process server, or another person the court appoints. The party in the case cannot serve the papers themselves.
How quickly can you serve papers?
We start as soon as we have the papers and the details, and we can arrange rush service for urgent deadlines. Tell us your deadline in the request so we can plan for it.
What do I get after the papers are served?
A notarized affidavit of service that you or your attorney can file with the court.
What if the person is avoiding service?
We plan attempts at different times and places, and we can locate people who have moved. If service still is not possible, your affidavit will document every attempt, which you can use when asking the court about other ways to serve.
Do you serve outside Goodyear?
Yes. We serve throughout Maricopa County, including Phoenix, Buckeye, Avondale, Waddell, Surprise, Glendale and the rest of the Valley.
